Marcus Fischer is maybe not such a well known musician but I enjoyed his album 'Collected dust' tremendously. This is quiet music in the vein of Brian Eno, Christian Fennesz, Stephan Mathieu, Taylor Deupree or even Leyland James Kirby. Very minimalistic at times like dust falling on furniture. Softly processed sounds with grainy white noise background. On 'Sixteen shapes' he really paints with sound in an extraordinary way. Recommended release for sure!
